phphub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phphub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable bonus wagering requirements. phphub processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day, subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution. phphub reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the phphub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phphub is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

phphub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phphub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
You may close your phphub account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phphub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phphub will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phphub Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
